The Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce Launches “5 for 5” Campaign Highlighting Five Major Project Wins in Five Years

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (April 23, 2026) – The Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce is launching its “5 for 5” campaign to spotlight five major project wins from 2021 through 2025 and celebrate the sustained industrial momentum shaping Russellville’s future. These projects reflect continued investment in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial capacity, reinforcing Russellville’s position as a community where businesses can grow, and long-term economic development remains a priority. 

The series begins with 2021, when Rockline Industries announced it would invest more than $18 million in additional production lines across its three Arkansas wet wipes facilities, including its 240,000-square-foot Russellville plant. In 2022, Phoenix Innovations expanded into the former Dalton King Packaging facility in Russellville to support its continued growth in protein-processing equipment manufacturing. The project included plans to add 50 full-time employees over three years, increase the company’s workforce fivefold, and add 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space for new product lines and equipment needs. Then, in 2023, Americold announced its cold storage expansion in Russellville. The company invested $90 million, created 30 new jobs, and added a highly automated 131,000-square-foot cold storage and distribution facility. That expansion also increased capacity by 42,000 pallet positions and 13 million cubic feet, strengthening Russellville’s role in food logistics and supply chain infrastructure. For 2024, the campaign highlights Owens Corning’s new Russellville manufacturing facility, a 150,000-square-foot project expected to create 50 new jobs over two years. The facility will produce Foamular® NGX™ insulation for commercial and residential building applications, adding to Russellville’s momentum in advanced manufacturing and sustainable building materials. The series concludes with 2025, when Taber Extrusions broke ground on a $70 million expansion in Russellville that is expected to create 70 new jobs, add a 125,000-square-foot facility, and introduce the largest direct extrusion press in North America.
